Master planning of a 6 acre (2.4 Ha) site followed by Concept Design, Schematic Design and Detailed Design of all buildings and landscaping. This 8,000m2 new-build facility will include a reception and office building, kennelling for rehoming 256 dogs, a quarantine block, a nursery block, a veterinary hospital, training arenas, a dog boarding block, accommodation building and other ancillary buildings.

The various building facilities are arranged across two sides of a central circulation spine that runs north-south through the site to provide the most efficient layout for site flow and organisation.

The project has been tendered in readiness for construction on site.
