Live Oak Speciality Veterinary Hospital

This is a 10,000ft2 (930m2) new-build development for a speciality Neurology Veterinary Hospital in Savannah. We benefitted from the luxury of a large greenfield site in which to design this building and fulfil the design brief to create the most efficiently planned animal hospital in America. All internal spaces are organised via two main intersecting internal ‘streets’. Another feature is the flexibility given to the consultation rooms - with four of them having external access from the car park as well as access from the main reception and waiting area.

Our design focused on both the internal facilities of the new building as well as our ideas for the external landscaping to provide a more holistic view of the visitor experience and site organisation as well as general wayfinding from car park to the Learning Centre, café/shop and the rest of the attractions and facilities on site.

Building works are due to start first quarter of 2026.
